Making A Purchase Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart by clicking the Add To Cart button. After you have finished your shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card and debit card payments. If you are making a purchase from outside the United Kingdom just place your order as normal and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa Mastercard Switch PayPal Delta and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet via our encrypted secure server. This will be confirmed by the locked padlock on your browser.
When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before completing the order. |
Shipping And Handling We aim to dispatch goods the same day if the order is placed before 12 Noon, after receiving your cleared payment (that is, after the funds have been deposited into our account). Depending on which method you chose for delivery, goods can take up to 5 working days to reach you.
“Working days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as working days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you.
Note: This only applies to domestic UK shipments. We may need additional time to prepare an international delivery and these can take up to 10 days Air Mail and 28 days Surface Mail.
Delivery times are NOT under our control once we pass the item to our carriers. If you have not received your order after 10 days (up to 28 days on international orders) please inform us and we will investigate. We are not responsible for lost items. |

Returns Policy All our items are covered by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
Returning goods:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please inform us via telephone (0844 3579381) or email (sales@classicsagogo.co.uk) within 7 days and we will exchange it or refund your payment (less postage & packaging costs) when the goods are received back by us.
Please also ensure you obtain a certificate of posting available free from the post office or send to us by recorded delivery so you have evidence of posting. Goods will be exchanged only if they have original, undamaged packaging and have not been used.
If goods arrive damaged then please inform us as soon as possible, but within 7 days, before returning the goods to us and we will exchange or offer a full refund. We reserve the right to return the goods to the manufacturer for inspection before issuing a refund. If the manufacturer deems the fault not to be of the product we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Return of goods is at your expense. If you wish us to collect the goods, we will arrange this and charge you at cost for doing so.
We consider any charge we make for sending goods to you to be a separate service which we are supplying, subject to cancellation rules for services, which means you cannot cancel postage or courier once we have supplied that service. Specifically, this means we do not refund postage, just the cost of the goods supplied when they are returned.
